JOKING! I have ONE more questionnaire for you. While the experience is still (semi) fresh in your minds, I'd love to ask you a few (okay, maybe more than a few) questions about your birth experience! Some of them will help me tell your story (blog posts, social media, etc.) and some of them, honestly, I just want to know!

IMPORTANT: Please let me know what you DON'T want me to share and perhaps just want me to know. The answers to these questions may be used to create a unique and personal blog post with your story. It is also possible that I may submit your photos (the ones you've selected for approval) for publication in various blogs/magazines. Your quotes and photos may also be used for marketing materials either online and/or in print.
