Terms & Conditions for Competition Entry:

Eligibility:

This competition is open to individuals aged 18 and over. Participants must reside in North Brisbane and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Entry Requirements:

• Each participant may submit one entry, and entries must be submitted by end of the day.

Prize:

The winner will receive a personalised Family Photography Experience The prize includes a beautifully crafted Seldex Memory Box to treasure your photos forever, 15 keepsakes to preserve the special moments from your session and 20 professionally edited digital files to share and enjoy (with the option to upgrade for even more) and is valued at $1500.

Claiming the Prize:

• The winner must contact Phelix Media to book their session within four (4) weeks of being notified as the winner.
• The session date and time will be subject to the photographer's availability. It is recommended that the winner provides multiple possible dates to ensure a suitable booking. And the session must be booked within right (8) weeks from being notified as the winner.

Non-Transferable:

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products or services.

Rescheduling:

Once the booking has been made, any request to reschedule is subject to the availability of the photographer. Failure to attend the scheduled session without proper notice may result in forfeiture of the prize. Rescheduling may incur a fee based on circumstance.

Copyright and Usage:

By entering the competition, participants consent to Phelix Media using any images from the prize session for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and marketing materials.

Liability:

Phelix Media will not be held liable for any technical issues or delays that prevent the participant from entering the competition or claiming the prize. All reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate the winner’s booking within the photographer’s schedule.

Changes to Terms:

Phelix Media reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to participants as necessary.

Acceptance of Terms:

By entering this competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions and to the decisions made by Phelix Media, which are final.
